"I had read reviews on Google that painted this property in a bad light. I'm happy to say those reviews were definitely not my experience. Both the check-in and check-out staff were friendly and were quick to check me in. The room we were in was freshly renovated with new carpets and tile throughout. Also the cabinets and everything was new except the tub which did have a discoloration on it from being older but it was clean. I recommend this hotel as a great budget friendly option when coming to Surrey. It worked great as a place to sleep and also had a full kitchen in it so I could prepare meals and skip the ever expensive restaurants in the area. Will be back there sometime when I come back to the Vancouver area."

The unit was very clean with many of the ammenities that would be expected. The host was very responsive to an issue that came up and it was resolved within hours. "
