"This house has a lot of potential. It is very quiet and has a beautiful balcony with a nice view of the surrounding landscape. We stayed here during a heat wave and it was difficult to sleep at night, even with the windows open and the fans going full blast. The house needs some investment in bathroom maintenance and an overall decor refresh before it could be considered a great rental property."
