"BED BUGS…. I was just going to go to bed and found a bed bug!. I asked to refund my money but said only the manager was able to do that. She wouldn’t be in until the next morning. They moved me rooms and upgraded the room. I did not find any bugs in the new room but will not stay here again because they do have them obviously in some rooms!. "

"Room was great, front desk girls amazing. Breakfast was terrible. Pool and hot tub amazing. Noise level was insane. Had to gonto desk twice because room next door was insanely loud and having a party. "

"The hotel was super easy to get to, right off I90 but you didn't hear the noise of traffic. All staff were very nice and helpful. The entire property was very clean and well kept. The room was very comfortable. Very nice facilities all around."

"Firstly, the staff were absolutely friendly which made the stay very welcoming. The hotel is new so very clean. I need the brand to those pillows! The pool goes up to 6ft! The water was perfect temperature and I don't usually get in the hotel hot tubs, however, there was no denying this one. I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. "

"They started charging $9 per day to park. Crazy charge considering restaurant on site. Never even asked me about a car just added it to the daily room charge plus tax. Scam of a hidden fee my opnion"

"Decent stay, the room didn’t have a fridge that I paid extra for, the pillows were not comfortable. Bar staff was great. Went to have breakfast in morning and stood there 5 min waiting for someone to come help us and we finally left. We stay here whenever we go to rapid and this was the worst it’s been. "
