"My wife and I only stayed for one night as we were doing a two day mini-trip from Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helped us get situated. The Japanese-style room was well maintained and clean. We were given robes, sandals, and hot tea. They have a free drink bar throughout the day, but do not have coffee in the morning unless you pay breakfast. Overall great experience would absolutely book again for a short stay."

Based on her information, we would like to contact the suppliers to see if we can purchase their products, which help my wife to sleep comfortably. Really excellent and professional in front desk staff performance"

"I loved this hotel for the fact that it has a filtered water dispenser which saved us money from buying mineral water from the 7-ll right opposite it. The public bath was also well stocked with make up remover, face cleansing and bath toiletries. Twin Beds were super single, and room size considered big. My only grouse would be that the pillows were so flat and uncomfortable that even 2 couldnt make up for support"
