"Access was good, room was well cleaned. Reception was not good. We had to wait for so long when check in, then they took us to a downgraded room without telling us . They even lied when we asked them. Expedia operator did a good job to help us to get some refund back. But we ended up staying at the downgraded room for the whole stay."

"This is not a "Hotel", it is a dressed up hostel. There is only room cleaning by appointment with additional fee, unless staying longer than 2 weeks !!! NO clean towel replacement, no clean bed linen,or cup replacement ! Room had ant infestation, including in cups. Shower had mold, cobwebs in corners. Bathroom mirror never cleaned, still had original writing from installation, and was placed over the toilet ,instead of wash basin at other end of bathroom. ! How are you expected to wash and...

It’s a couple of minutes walk into Kingston so in a great spot and parking can be arranged before you arrive. Would happily stay again if in the area without hesitation ☺️"
