"Fresh breakfast and great staff great location "

"We arrived late and had to carry all of our luggage upstairs because there is no elevator. When we got to the room, we noticed the blue painters' tape holding up the shelf in the shower. We got in bed and realized the window shade was totally broken and would not go down. Our room was in the front, so the lights were bright ALL NIGHT LONG...so little sleep. The hotel was willing to give us 10% off and asked why we didnt ask to change rooms at 10pm when we were all settled in. Blame the people in the room with the things YOU KNEW were broken...brilliant!"

"If you need a place to stay in Williams, this is a good value hotel but be aware that it's an hour away from Grand Canyon National Park. It has clean rooms, ample parking, and helpful staff. We didn't try the basic breakfast offered since there were a few restaurants and fast foods nearby."

"This is a very interesting historic hotel. The library is a definite highlight! The room was clean and had no odor at all. Since it's a renovated old building, the space is a bit cramped, but it's a great value for the price. Breakfast was a bit basic, but overall a very worthwhile stay."
