Breakfast was fantastic- delicious, high-quality, and the perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to Chamane and the rest of the team as well for going above and beyond to help me organise a birthday surprise for my partner. They made the entire experience seamless and memorable, with an impressive range of treats and balloon options to suit any celebration. "Fantastic stay! The only thing this hotel is missing is it's own restaurant for dinner. And it's at the top of a very steep hill which, after enjoying many of Bournemouth's fine restaurants, is bloody hard to climb. The room was immaculate, the staff responsive and professional, highly recommended."
