"Really beautiful property, everything felt nice and lux. You can do everything through the app and the bracelet that doubles as your room key is super convenient. I also like that the loungers and daybed are open to all guest and don't require an additional fee. The downsides of our stay were that we didn't get our room serviced until our third day there. And the last day of our stay, we lost access to the app."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Del Palmar. This is a lovely resort, clean, nice staff and great views. I would recommend the company behind tge resort Tafer develop an app to assist guests with nedds. Dinner reservations are highly recommended in advance. After a day or 2 you know which restaurants are more favorable for dinning. I'd like the option to quickly adjust my reservation versus digging thru a confirmation email. A notice of daily activities and closed restaurants awwpuld also be helpful. How do I know a week or 2 prior to arrival a articular restaurant would be closed. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Del Palmar. It is a lovely resort with beautiful views, clean facilities, and a friendly, attentive staff. One suggestion I would offer to the company behind the resort, Tafer, is the development of a guest app to make the overall experience even more convenient. Dinner reservations are highly recommended in advance, and after a day or two, guests typically get a better sense of which restaurants they prefer. It would be helpful to have the ability to quickly view or adjust reservations through an app rather than having to search through confirmation emails. An app could also provide daily updates on resort activities, restaurant hours, and any planned closures. For example, it would be helpful to know a week or two before arrival if a particular restaurant will be closed during our stay so guests can plan accordingly."

"Absolutely fantastic experience, the staff was amazing. The grounds and rooms were clean. So much attention to detail. The beach had little to no seaweed and the food was great for an all inclusive. It was the relaxing experience I needed. This was my second time visiting and we will certainly be back."

"We had an absolutely amazing experience at SLS Cancun! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The resort is beautiful, stylish, and has such a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The service was truly outstanding, and the attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, great music, and overall energy of the resort. SLS Cancun is the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and fun. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! ❤️ A huge thank you to the entire SLS team for making our vacation so memorable. "Honesty the people who work there are kind and very helpful. The food is great buffet style and on occasionally al carte. They were very respectful and anything you need they are more than happy to help you. Both my boys enjoyed it there the air conditioning in the rooms is really great. The view is amazing and if you’re going to book tours that place has the best people they have great prices and are super honest couldn’t be happier with thier services. Highly recommended"

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."
