The staff are polite, professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel adds a lot of finishing touches to make your stay mor enjoyable. Would totally recommend."

"As soon as you walk in, there was a very strong cologne like smell. It was in the entire hotel. It made me nauseous and gave me a headache. I booked to identical room for two nights. One for me And one for a Family member. My room was significantly smaller than the one my family member had. Why are rooms the same price and yet not the same size. Very disappointed Rooms were by the street and it was very noisy. Hotel front desk attendant was very rude when I checked in. Towel heater in the bathroom was not working at all. Shower did not drain properly "
