"The neighborhood was convenient, and the room, while pretty shabby, was clean. However, the shower in my room was broken, the water pressure was poor, and the towels were threadbare and stained. That said, it was extremely inexpensive and the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. "

They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history museum were in close proximity (about 25 minute walk). "

"Rooms were small, clean but well appointed. Shower enclosure was tiny but bathrooms were also small. Staff were ok, but kept getting 2 rooms booked mixed up. Worst aspect was that the AC keeps you awake all night. Not ideal. "
