"They do not have Air Condition and was never told this. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. There is NO parking! You will need to use valet if you want to find a spot! $ 70 a day! Do not recommend this hotel for the cost! "

"Really liked it there the room was gorgeous. Bathrooms are a little small and could have better accommodation for folks who are have troubles getting around. The staff was absolutely great and very helpful. The food was good but very typical hotel food ate there twice in the restaurant and was actually a bit disappointed that it didn’t have a bit more flare. "

"Front desk employee went out of his way to be helpful and friendly! Enjoyed the historic architecture of this hotel/ Bed was very comfortable and room quiet. Breakfast was usually fine too (love that avocado toast). "

"Pros: The staff and facility were great. The room was large and clean. There was a clothes steamer in our room, which was an added surprise and the grab-and-go shop downstairs was well stocked. The lobby is spaciously comfortable and chic. The on-site restaurant offered decent breakfast options. Cons: we stayed on the 31st floor, the airline noise was a little loud. The door to the bathroom opens into the shower door. "

"I mean everything was fine. My tub was kinda a little chippy, but that’s because they look like you know they just missed the area, but it wasn’t bad. I was told that the TV could cast to my phone which was a lie because it did not happen but other than that, it was a good place."
