"The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the balcony was awesome - we sat out there for hours watching sunrises & sunsets, with cocktails just watching the tides go in and out. Breakfast was great at the restaurant, and we had only booked one night and wanted to stay a second night, they made it work without us having to change rooms. The inn itself is a little dated, but updated (small) bathroom, clean rooms, fridge, wi-fi, and very comfy beds. We will be back! Service is 10 out...

Parking is right in front of the building in a town where parking can be difficult to find at times. The room was tastefully decorated and provided a front row seat to the ocean. "Our stay at the Sally Webster was great! Our room was clean, spacious, and welcoming! The staff of the inn were also 10/10. A storm blew through during our stay which made the power go out for a short period of time. While it normally wouldn’t have been any problem my husband and I had a wedding to attend and were in need of electricity to get ready. "New section of the hotel was great, only 3-4 weeks in use. It was very well appointed & much more upscale than a typical hotel. Large screen tv, significantly larger microwave, amazing tiled shower. All of the staff were outstanding! We had great conversations with several of them & it was a pleasure to get to know them. There was a game room above the registration office that was very well done. We will definitely stay there for any future visits to Salem "
"Our stay was such a pleasant experience. My friend and I came to visit Salem. The hotel was a little less expensive, and it suited our needs perfectly. Since there is no reception, everything is conducted online. Once we had the room code, checking in was simple. The room was really nice. We stayed in one of the basement apartments.
