"We had the pool view and loved the little terrace to sit outside. The room was wonderful. The mattresses are comfortable. They supply bathrobes and slippers. There is a refrigerator in the room for bottled water which they supply. I never heard a peep from our neighbors, so I'm assuming the walls are very soundproof. Beach towels and eyeglass cleaner are supplied out by the pool. Anything you need is just a text away! And the entire staff is so pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely return to this resort!"

"Property terrible condition"

"Great location at the end of Duval Street, but between the outdated grounds and one issue after another from check-in to checkout, the experience simply didn’t justify the price. We stayed four nights and chose this property because the pricing suggested a level of service comparable to resorts we normally stay at like Casa Marina or La Concha. Unfortunately that was not our experience. We extended our stay and had two reservations. We were told ahead of time combining them would not be a problem, but when we arrived we were told we had to check out of one room and check back in the next day. We were also told our luggage would be transferred, which never happened. We ended up out of our room for about five hours and spent over an hour and a half waiting in line to check in again. At checkout we were granted a late checkout until 1:00 PM due to the earlier issues. When we returned at 12:30 to grab our luggage and take a quick shower, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out. A bellman let us in and took our luggage but never gave us a ticket. Later no one could locate our bags and we were even asked to show a picture of our luggage so they could identify it. Restaurant service was poor, the area smelled like spoiled fruit or garbage, and the grounds felt dark and dated. The pool and beach area were overcrowded unless you rented a cabana, and the ice machine near our room was broken the entire sta Staff did communicate by text and management said they would credit "

"Perfect location! Parked upon arrival & walked to so many great restaurants & shops! Never used car til we loaded up to leave! Our first trip to Key West was wonderful & we definitely will return! Highly recommend this hotel…we loved it!!"

"Overall it was great. The rooms were a little too small. Alexis was fantastic. She couldn’t have been nicer and took care of whatever we needed. "

"The room was clean ,but the sheets and pillowcases were worn out and threadbare . The bathroom was tiny , the sink and toilet was clean , but the shower was gross ! It was black mold in it , we spent 2 nights there , and we didn’t shower, I got some water dripping on the floor , I took a washcloth and wiped it up, the cloth turned black! They included breakfast in the price , but it was the the tiniest breakfast we ever had, so the next morning we went out and got a good breakfast . The elevator didn’t work when we came ,so we had to use the steep staircase and carry our suitcases up to the second floor , if you would fall there ,you could breake a lot ! The lady at the front desk was not very friendly, nor accommodating , she was not helpful. When we came down in the morning there was no good morning , she didn’t say a word unless someone spoke to her. "
