"This was our fifth stay at Southernmost Resort and the Avalon Room was so small. There was no closet, no dresser, no coffee/espresso machine and the bathroom was so tiny. We couldn’t unpack anything. This was a far cry from the oceanfront rooms we always get. This was a special weekend for us. My husband’s birthday, our Anniversary and my birthday. I did reach out to the front desk and the next morning, they said they could change our room to a partial ocean view, which was wonderful! It changed our weekend and made a huge difference! We ended up having the best time! "

"The breakfast staff was not ready the number of guests. Coffee was gone before the breakfast started and getting the urns replenished was slow. No napkins. We had paper towels for napkins. Choices for breakfast were limited and small. We were there for five days and elected to eat out. And the elevator was out of order multiple times during our stay. I expected more and better for the price. "
