Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch! The staff was fantastic and helpful upon arrival. Breakfast was great! Would stay again! "

"Staff were warm and friendly especially the bartenders whose names I can’t remember. There was this one guy who was courteous to point out a few hotspots nearby which made my overnight stay better. Thank you ;) I enjoyed the ambiance, heated towel racks and warm bathroom floor. It was short stay but good place to stay. I would visit again and recommend to others."

"Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!"
