"My stay started kinda bad but wasn't no big deal but the next morning I wanted to get to room again but the way they and everywhere else I've been just rolled over my deposit or something not really sure what they do but I know I never had to pay a 2ed deposit. So that means I would have $50 from the night before and she wanted another $50 for me to stay in the same room. So I would have $100 on a hold for 5 days. They and other places never did it that way . Plus being rude with a bad attitude did not help me out one bit. I think that's what was bad. She didn't help said manager not they today, of course "

"Check is was easy, room was ready and clean. Close to the places we wanted to be at. "

"Our stay here for 5 nights was absolutely great. When we entered our room, we quickly learned that the AC unit wasn’t working properly. We alerted the front desk, and while we were out for a couple of hours, we returned to our room and found that the entire unit has been replaced with a new one — both the panel and the vents!! Phenomenal and quick solution. A couple of days later, we asked about room service and they said we just needed to give them a day’s notice. Totally understand that nowadays, so we just asked for a couple of fresh towels. They said they’d drop them by the room for us. When we returned, we had the towels — and the entire room had been cleaned and serviced. A total surprise and GREAT customer service. We didn’t run into a single unfriendly staff member the entire stay — from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast staff. The rates were great for being a block or so from the Pacific Ocean and overall it was a great, great experience. Kudos to all of this hotel. "

"Check in was a nightmare and the staff was very rude. Got overcharged. The room was okay, spacious. The pool was fun. Construction made the walkways kinda unsightly. The very expensive breakfast was basically what would be a free breakfast at another hotel, so don't bother paying for that. If the check in for my birthday trip would have been a better experience, my score would be higher. They were just so rude."
