The home was meticulous plus you are able to feel the age of it while the added modern features make it very comfortable. The property was perfect – just a short walk into Castelnaud for morning pastries and close enough to enjoy an afternoon swim. The location made it easy to pack in so many activities, and our whole family loved every moment. "Wonderful location and property. Beautiful pool and decking area overlooking Dordogne countryside with hot air balloons most mornings and evenings. Beatrice and Remy gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the house when we arrived - they live just up the road so are available in case of any issues during the stay. Some lovely villages and towns within easy driving distance and Roque Gageac is a 45 min walk through the forest. Would highly recommend. "
