"Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

The rooftop is excellent — the food and drinks manager, Mr. Nicola, is very professional and eager to address and apologize for any potential inconvenience, which was a really pleasant surprise.
