"Great place to stay with a warm welcome. Rob and Jan are very friendly hosts, made us feel at home. A short walk into Todmorden and had a lovely day. Had a great sleep in a very comfy bed. "Great pet friendly stay. Host was communicative and helpful Only downside was that the kitchen didn’t have any kitchen roll, cleaning supplies etc. ‘basic’ stuff was a little sparse, but other than that, it was a great house for the 5 of us and 3 pups "

"Couldn’t ask for more from the property or the hosts! Property was well equipped, we enjoyed the ‘proper coffee’ and the banana bread on arrival was delicious. Andy and Crystal were there to meet us and gave us some fantastic local recommendations. Ate at the very chilled, Ginger Tiger (wine bar with noodles) and a delicious brunch at The Honest John. We had originally planned to visit Morning Glory for brunch but sadly closed due to Christmas opening hours. Will have to try there next time! Definitely stay again and take our walking boots next time to enjoy the surrounding hills. Thanks guys for a peaceful and restful stay amongst the holiday madness! "

"Yes and clean inside few marks on floor bathroom had an odour to it but ok! Outside was unkempt could have been more attracting but the room was fine for our needs "
