"Kitchen was not really a kitchen just a fridge sink and a hotplate and a few pans but we didn't use any of that anyway "

"The host was a rental agency, all was done electronically.The house is beautifully furnished the kitchen has everything you would need for a large crowd. Toilet tissue and tissues were skimpy we had to buy a supply for all of the bathrooms. A short walk to town and the beach, great location. Beds comfortable, so great they all had full bathrooms."

"The host instructions were clear and very helpful. The house is perfect, within walking distance of Duck proper. the house is 100 yards from the beach and the walkway to the beach is right across the street. The house is very well furnished. Can't get much better."

If you are looking for a place were you can walk out to the beach from your backdoor, this is the place. We woke up each morning to watch the sunrise and saw spectacular views. The house is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) to Duck where there were many food and shopping options. Bud and Janice were wonderful hosts. Their communication was swift and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"We were in the area for our youngest son’s wedding and this was the perfect home for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. This home is very kid friendly and a simple walk to the beach. Our grandson’s are 5 and 3 and had no trouble getting to and from the beach. The location of this home is within walking distance to everything you need. This was truly one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family. We would most definitely rent this home again. The owners were always quick to respond with any questions we had. "
