The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. "Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."

Our experience at this ryokan is complete opposite to all the negative reviews this place gets.
