"Lovely clean room. Friendly, helpful staff.
Great breakfasts.
Lovely food in restaurant.
No TV service due to recent storms.
This was not the fault of the hotel and they did provide a working TV in the comfortable lounge.
Overall, a great 4 night stay. We will return."

"Regrettably our room number 6. Did not smell nice. It had the smell of old wet trainers. We did mention it and a room diffuser was turned on. Some of the fixtures and fitting were falling apart. The shower was head was not appropriate for the size of the shower causing flooding. The staff were lovely and theroom was clean."

"Luxurious comfy apartment in the heart of the delightful small town. Fully equipped with everything youll need.
Never any trouble parking directly opposite the property, though it was outside of peak period.
My only complaint is local takeaways not staying open long enough. "

"The fell rooms was an absolutely stunning place to stay in Ambleside. The rooms were incredible, so clean and well thought out. The little extras such as biscuits, a fan in the room and heated towel rails made such a positive difference in our experience.
