The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.

The staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. The facilities and location are convenient. The MTR is one block away and there many dining options nearby and in the hotel.

The staff were excellent. Every one spoke good English as well is was helpful with any request I had. Property was clean room was large and the Shower was probably the best out there!

Hotel is new, room newer than most of hong Kong hotel.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is not the greatest - a bit far but the MTR is located very conveniently. There's a wet market and...

The staff was very kind, and the hotel was incredibly clean! Very modern with exceptional views, and the location is perfect.

Very nice and elegant hotel in the middle of the shopping district. Direct access to taxis, Uber and the metro station is 5-10 minutes walking. Right across the hotel is the Marina walk. Hotel staff are very nice. The lady at the fron desk gave us a room with the Marina view since this was our first time in HK. The only issue we had that the room was very small that we could not put the extra bed that we requested, however we had a king size bed which fitted me and my two daughters.

Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

It was the third time I stayed at this hotel, because I feel safe as a solo travel. The location is excellent, each time I discovered new things to do! The staff took care of me very well on this last stay, because I had food poisoning. They helped me found an English-speaking doctor and booked me a taxi. The staff who cleaned my room was so nice, he was concerned that I hadn’t left my room. He was quick to clean up while I stayed in the room. The size of the room is bigger than most in HK.

Great for families with the pool and close to sites

Stayed there for a week. Got to swim at the rooftop pool overlooking the Victoria Harbor. Had a AYCE dinner. Very nice experience.
