Pool area looked nice but I didn't use. Main lobby and game room were very nice with lots of space. Would definitely stay again."

"The lobby area seemed well maintained, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was not well maintained; there was a leak somewhere, as the carpet in front of the bathroom was wet; the wallpaper was peeling in places; and the bathroom seemed old and tired. The breakfast was ok, but not great. There were no eggs, bacon, or sausages that one would normally expect. The waffles were good, and there was an assortment of toast, buns, and bagels. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked good, but we didn’t get a chance to use it."

"Understaffed, room not ready to checking till 6:30pm. Then told the elevator is not working. We also had no idea that they do not do daily house keeping and it has to be requested. However no one told us at check in. Even bath towels had to be requested. Nice property, very poorly run. "

"The staff were very friendly, the whole property was clean and maintained. The breakfast bar was very tasty and had lots of options. The only thing I could say that wasn't great would be the pool was cold but thats not a big deal. Will be staying there again in the future."
