"Bugs ( not bed bugs but still gross) in our bed. Nothing was restocked in the bathroom. Floors felt wet. Beeping noise went off the entire time we were there. Hot tub was not usable. Broken drain covers in the toddler pool making it unsafe. No toilet paper in the second room I rented. Staff didn’t seem to be concerned or believe any of the issues. "

"Most things were clean. Some things could have been cleaner. Breakfast was a little sad. You can tell theyve updated parts of the hotel but there's still updating to do."

"This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in my adult life. The main issue is that we had a potential bedbug scare, which led to us changing the entire bedding alongside the maintenance guy (who was fantastic) around midnight. In addition, there is zero noise cancellation from the room doors and we heard frequent loud talking + doors closing outside our room starting around 6 AM. For full disclosure, they did give us a $40 refund from the room rate. However, this hotel is going on the avoid list for the future."

"I try to find the good in things as much as possible, so here it goes. The bed was comfortable. The shower head was good with hot water and good water pressure. That's the best I can say. I'm poor, so this is all I could afford on my trip. I'm now more encouraged to not be poor anymore."

"Very helpful staff, maintenance team, and everyone is very friendly! The hotel is kept very clean, housekeeping is amazing! The only thing I wish is that the internet was better….it was extremely sketchy. Other than that my visit was good! 👍"

"The staff was great, and overall it was a nice trip. The rooms that have the option of adjoining are not soundproof at all, you can hear almost everything through the closed door. Our air did not work, luckily it was cool enough but it was muggy. We were offered a fan, which was appreciated, but it was not a great solution. "
