"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the room with a card from Lane Retreat wishing our 10year old @Buckythefriendlypup a Happy Birthday and enjoy our wine country celebrations. The breakfast selections were excellent. Parking was convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean. We including the poochies enjoyed our stay!"

"We stayed two nights in a three-bedroom villa with two young kids and their grandparents. We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. "The room was beautiful. Mix of modern and rustic. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had towels changed over and our room tidied even though it was only a 2 night stay which was a surprise. We loved sitting on the balcony facing the vineyard and listening to the array of birds. Would love to stay here again for a future visit."

"Left one night into a two night stay to go somewhere else. Gone down hill."

"Elegant room. Jetted spa bath leaked but didn’t impact our stay. Bed mattress was a bit soft for my liking but I’m sure others like it, just wasn’t very supportive. TV offered stream play from photo to tv, however was extremely laggy and unwatchable when we tried. Staff were lovely and grounds were picturesque."

"Staff were good but the room was not satisfying as their were lots of insects and table was not cleaned and mosquitoes were alll night."

"The bathrooms need to be redone as they have mould. We were looking forward to using the spa bath but didn’t as the jets were mouldy and had soap scum. The rooms are a nice size. Staff are beautiful"

"We had the most amazing stay here in a 3 bedroom house. It was very large and great for entertaining as we also had some family staying at Peppers. Will be back again."

"Amazing place, Staff were super helpful and room was super comfortable and clean. Stayed here for a concert at Roche Estate. 5 minute walk from the hotel, Super convenient. Property also has amenities for breakfast and dinner as well as a bottleshop, wine bar and convenience store. Would not hesitate to stay again. Brilliant!!!!"

"Good location"

"Room was clean and a great price, only a short drive to the Hunter valley vineyards which was nice. Great pub atmosphere downstairs. Would stay again."

"Amazing people amazing place. Will be back next year"

"We loved our stay. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll be back. Everything was perfect. It has everything we need and checkin was seamless"
