"Comfortable and *very* spacious room, with helpful staff and an extremely quiet location. It's an extremely walkable area with plenty to do, plus easy MTR access. The hotel starts on floor 19 (if I recall) of a much larger property that's accessed from a separate elevator, so it's a little bit of a maze to get from the street to your room. But the benefit is that it's one of the quietest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend it."

Housekeeping staff average didn’t notice lamps needing replacing and a mess on carpet was overlooked for 15 hours It’s pretty average 5 star hotel."
