Great holiday

It’s a wonderful hotel. Great location breakfast is good Very close to public transportation, shopping cafés, and restaurants everything that you want. It’s a perfect location I love Kadikoy and I will keep coming back to this area

Great breakfasts and super staff.

Our room initially stank of smoke and as non smokers we were well pissed off. However our room was changed and updated and the rest of our stay was fabulous. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were superb and especially Azamah (?). She was very kind at reception. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul.

Best place in Kadikoy area

The property was in the middle of the city and very much accessible to public transport. Because of that reason, we parked our car in the hotel parking and we used public transport every day which was very easy and convenient. I personally want to appreciate the hotel owner, sales manager, and other staff were very friendly and supportive. Their breakfast was really good.

The two guys we met in the reception area were really very kind and genuine. The rooms were clean however, the way beds have been organised for the family room needs to be dealt with. Other than that the staff people are the amazing.

Big room, nice staff, good location. Excellent breakfast, with many types of cheese, eggs boiled and fried, sausages, butter, honey, fresh vegetables, sweets. The turkish tee very good. Only the coffee I didn't like.

It was wonderful. Close to shopping. Boat across bosphorus to get to other side. Close to metro. Buses tramways. Lots of good restaurants. Very nice was quiet. Except for the broken screen that was flapping in the wind

A good hotel with fabulous location.

The location of this hotel us fabulous. Easy access to all transport and in the heart of Kadikoy. Staff were very friendly especially Can and I was upgraded on arrival by him. Room size is good and bed comfortable and clean. Room service was good. Breakfast is included and a good range of Turkish style breakfast foods available. Not the most luxurious place I’ve stayed but excellent value for money. Thankyou.

Family holiday in Kadikoy, Istanbul

The hotel location is perfect, very close to the ferry and bus terminals in Kadikoy. Also very close to the many restaurants and the shopping area. Staff were extremely helpful and even if most didn't speak English, we managed through Google translate. The room was cleaned daily and they had free coffee and tea at reception. Breakfast had a variety oh hot and cold items and was more than adequate. If I have to say anything negative, I would ask the hotel to update the silicon seals in the bathroom, they were mouldy.

I didn't enjoy staying in this hotel room

I stayed in this hotel for three days. Hotel room was clean and brekfast was good. AC wasn't blow cold air in first day,I asked for repair. Two days water supply stopped unknowen reason, water supply restored after phone call to reception. Last day blower made high noise in toilet room and I couldn't sleep.

Family Holiday in Istanbul

We stayed in a four bed room on the 5th floor. The room was clean enough but the workmanship on everything is a bit lacking. The air con could have been more powerful. The bathroom feels a bit dated and cpudndo with some work. The lights in the room are way too bright. The breakfast selection was ok, could have a better selection. The staff are very friendly and attentive and helpful For the price you pay and it's location it is ok
