I made the reservation online. Called to confirm. Employee 1 &2 could not find it and told me I did not have a reservation. Employee 3 found it. "The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t keep up well, and the room was warm until the middle of the night. The bed and pillows are also some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. The pillows were extremely flat and the bed had no cushion. If I had drove versus flying and could take it home, I would have bought a pillow at the store. Highly recommend if you prefer not to sleep flat."
