"Good location with St Kilda road tramline out the front door of building, Albert park a few minutes walk away, Prahran train station & Chapel Street precinct 10-15 minutes walk. Apartment itself has pretty much everything you need for vacation with fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine etc, bed was comfortable too, only downside was that tissue box wasn’t in room."

" No hot water, the adjourning room is actually just one apartment split, per the fireplan and switchboard, the locks keep getting switched between those rooms and the TV was swapped, clearly being stalked where the next apartment has one door on their side and full access to my window isn't wierd enough. The parking area mimics an old residence car park with storage cages exactly the same, i've been set up on my own home, and people closest to me who lost everything or are dead, never in a hotel - very un-normal, and the people involved feel it's OK to do despite not doing anything illegal, look in the your own backyards or a mirror once in a while."

"Not clean, other people’s clothes were left in my room on checking in, (socks left on the floor) clearly not cleaned. Carpets were threadbare in places and stained. Bathroom was not clean, hair and stains"

"The location of the apartment was ideal perfect for travelling in an out of the city. The apartment was furnished nicely and was practical. The apartment it self was not very clean there were cob webs on the ceiling, dust on the utensils, mould in the coffee machine and the jug didn't look like it had been washed. The oven was absolutely disgusting and smelt like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. One of the down lights in the room didn't work. A major concern that need to be addressed ASAP before a disaster is the main shower ensuite the glass isn't fitted correctly and does jam when closing and I would hate to see a young child close the door an it shattered on them. This does not meet building compliance code and is a major defect that needs to be rectified ASAP. There was a small blood stain on one for the quilt covers in the wardrobe. The apartment needs a very thorough clean to meet the expectations of guests. "
