Close to all of my favorite beaches and the best sunrise’s and snorkeling on Kauai. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty. Everyday was a beach day!"

"Everything about the stay was incredible, from before check-in to after check-out. Mark, the host, shared a wealth of knowledge and was quick to respond to any questions. While we did not use the service, he offered tons of help and coordination around activities/things to do and shared a list of recommendations from restaurants to activities to history. The house was even more spectacular in person than the pictures and waking up to the serenity of the house really put a cherry on top of the cake. Would highly recommend staying here! "

"This is a charming property in a beautiful location. So quiet, lush and private. Has a beautiful ocean view from the deck where we enjoyed coffee each morning and cocktails each evening! It had everything we needed during our stay - ceiling fans were nice to help breeze flow through. No AC but the ocean breeze was sufficient at keeping us cool most nights. Was heavenly to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean each night! Pool area was really nice, there is an ice machine and filtered water machine up by the laundry area - we figured that out after a couple days and it was a really nice amenity. Beaches near are quiet and beautiful. It was the perfect place for our vacation! We love the north shore and will definitely be back!! "

"We stayed at the property at the end of September/beginning of October. We enjoyed ourselves very much, have no complains, house is incredible, we spent most of our time there siting on the beautiful lanai, house is very close to the beach, accessible through a fun, short forest walk and pathway, took us just a few minutes to get to the beach and maybe ten more minutes to get to Tunnels beach with amazing views and snorkeling. House was very clean, ready for us upon our arrival and we really appreciated all the beach equipment including chairs, snorkeling gear etc. house does not have an AC (that we knew) but is well equipped with fans and we did not feel the need for it. House feels secluded and private, no views of other houses. Chickens and roosters were fun to have around:).I can only recommend this property, we felt very happy to spent our vacation there, absolutely no regrets!! Mahalo!!"

"We have been coming to Kauai for over 25 years and this was by far the best accommodations. The house was clean, updated and had everything you could need. We stayed for two weeks, and didn’t want to leave. The owner is so accommodating and responsive. She is the best we’ve ever dealt with. We definitely will be back to this property as we loved everything about it. "
