Our ac vent was making a loud noise the first night but when we let the staff know, they fixed it right away. The hotel were very apologetic. The staff was all very nice, will be staying here again"

"For the location, all day place shibuya was great. Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo (especially with such a high profile location). Room was maybe a little dusty when we arrived but didn’t cause any issues through the trip. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, never had an issue using a washing machine. Check in was on a machine but there is always people in the lobby around to help with the process. "
