"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! I checked into a dirty room. Talked to front desk staff, when I told her the room was dirty, she looked at me and said “ what do you want me to do about it?” she rudely sent a cleaner with me to my room, I showed her, Then she told me I was too picky & would bring me cleaning supplies that I could clean it myself. This is after I showed her a big black footprint in the bathtub, loogies & toothpaste in the bathroom sink, soda, & coffee spills on the counter, lip & fingerprints on wine glasses, dirty mirrors & light switch & door knob had old crusty food, sticky & grime on it. I cleaned the room myself only to find out later that night going too bed there was hair, food & stains all through the bedding. I called the emergency line, I was told that there was nothing they could do because no one was there. I purchased my own bedding at Walmart. The next morning, I spoke to a manager who looked at my pictures & agreed that it was disgusting & unacceptable behavior from her staff. She agreed to reimburse me for supplies & comp 1 night stay. Expedia talked to the manager & agreed to the 1 night refund, I went down to the Manager to let her know it was done. She looked at me & said I’ve refunded your stay. I was shocked & grateful until She said to me “you need to check out at 11 today”. I was shocked, after I bought my own bedding, cleaned my own room I got kicked out all because I complained about a filthy room & and filthy bedding. "
