"The best private beach"

"The staff were not very accommodating. I asked for pool towels and they told me they have none at the time because the one in charge is out to lunch. Then they just went about their business. I asked again and they finally got on the radio to check. After about 10 minutes, another worker walked up and after I complained, he went out looking for towels. After a long day, we come back to our room to find it uncleaned. The front desk said they only clean every couple of days. I asked for fresh towels and the garbage to be picked up. They brought 1 set of towels even though there are 4 of us. Then I asked about the garbage and they said just leave it outside. I complained to the front desk because I told her I wouldn’t have any garbage bags and bins if I leave them outside. Then someone came by and handed me 2 bags and watched me as I replaced the garbage myself. The following day, after another long day out, we got back to the room to find our room uncleaned again. I called the front desk again for them to say that they remembered me from yesterday and that they’ll have someone clean it. Waited an hour and a half before someone came by. Terrible customer service overall."

"Room was immaculate and exactly what was advertised. Property is incredible in every way. We already put money down for our next stay. Resort isn’t cheap but has everything you could want available. It’s a very very steep path to the nearby beach, but it’s well worth it."

"The property was spacious and there was plenty of pool/beach chairs available. The rooms and shared areas were all clean to a high standard. The staff we encountered were friendly. The views from this property were beautiful. Also a short walk to local shops and other restaurants."

"When we arrived, the front desk took over 30 minutes to get us checked in. Other guests were coming in and asking why they couldn't connect to the wifi. While in line, we found out that the bar and restaurant were not open. We went to our room and it was run down and had an odor. I asked to check out so we could find another hotel. They eventually allowed us to change hotels. I would not recommended this hotel. "
