"This hotel was beyond my expectations! The hospitality was 10/10. Staff always smiling and helpful! Jarrod and all the bar staff were great! Central location, booked a king room with balcony over looked the pool. There was a DJ at the pool and the bar was open on Saturday. Rooms were cleaned. Israel was helpful in booking the swap tour. Would come back! Service definitely made this location 5/5. "

"I often stay at the Intercontinental when in NOLA, and it's consistently a great experience. Terrific location, nice (small) pool, comfortable and spacious rooms, many have balconies. I don't love the too-large pillows, but the overall experience is always positive. I know it's gotten commno, but I hate hotels sneaking in an add-on mandatory $30/day charge. They defray that with a $20 offset at their inhouse bar/restaurant, but you only use that once in awhile, so it's just free money for them. "
