"Room beautiful, night light in bathroom excellent addition. No complimentary biscuits sadly. Would have appreciated these rather than toothpaste etc. Slept well, liked AC to adjust room temp as and when needed. Disappointed with breakfast, arrived 25mins before end and very limited choices hot food, shortage of cutlery. Spoke to Hotel Staff on reception who advised ref best timings to ensure full menu available."

"We had a family room up on the top floor. It was so cosy and quirky and huge. The whole hotel had a beautiful ambience it felt so Christmassy with all the lights and the trees all very tastefully done. The staff was super friendly. We cannot wait to come back"

"I had a 1 week stay there the room was large the a double and was comfortable room was clean and tidy bathroom the same and a very good location to walk to the town centre or you can catch a bus 30 or 54 to town "
