"Room was cooled, which was a must with the warm temperature there were in Rotterdam during my stay. Breakfast had a lot of options every morning and food was great. Some staff began talking to me in French out of nowhere, which is my native language. Not a must, but definitely appreciated :)"

Expedia really helpful and thought it would not be a problem to change so booked second room correctly to show goodwill within 2 hours. Expedia, a colleague staying there before and me calling hotel direct could not persuade hotel to cancel second room. So ended up with 2 rooms. Would never stay there again or recommend."

The owner and family members were very friendly and provided great service. Our room was very clean, large and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, featuring simple and tasty local foods. Our 3 day stay here will be one of the highlights of our 2 week visit to the Netherlands!"
