"Good place to stay in Leicester. Great house bar and good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"Clean room. Great facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Smiles, greetings and politeness from reception staff, cleaners and restaurant staff. The breakfast was nice. Pastries slightly overcooked this time. Good choice of food and you can have your eggs cooked how you want. If I stayed again I would request a room at the back (facing car park) like the last time I stayed as much quieter. Great location to explore Leicester."

"Due to a rather very poor inter-floor sound insulation between the 2nd and 1st floor,from 5am to 6:37am, a constant thudding more akin to an elephant 's footfall, repeated loud dropping of heavy items,by a guest who probably wasn't aware of, or cared very little, meant disturbed sleep floor below. Will not be staying here again!"

"The member of staff checking is on needed to go to charm school! Had to ask for second bath towel & milk. At breakfast reported poor water flow in basin & asked for toilet roll. Bread was not covered despite at least 3 flies flying around. On returning to room in the evening we again had to ask for milk. The water was still very slow & gave up running a bath as the water was not very hot despite being on highest setting. The shower head was very small & inadequate given the poor flow. The windows did not shut properly and were in desperate need of renewal. The accomodation, car park & general appearance was in need of an upgrade. Will not be staying here again."
