En -Suite triple room, was very clean and cosy, with the radiator on an added bonus. Local shops and pub nearby and only 15-20 minute walk to the City centre. We would stay here again, as great value, with free parking and early check- in an added bonus"

"This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again. "

"It was fine for what we needed it for - somewhere to sleep, although the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The surrounding area doesn’t seem the safest at night to walk around. Wasn’t expensive though, so fine if you’re on a budget."
