On first night no information about the buggies - choice between steep steps or so called “ramp”which was a lounge winding and very steep path. With heart condition very difficult. Room in Oakham faced blank wall - should have been warned. Universally nice staff but overall a bit lackadaisical."

"Great hotel, good check in, 2x free drinks, clean room and bathroom. Popped into the city in the morning for coffee, nowhere was open at 6:45 so popped to the bar and they kindly made me an amazing cappuccino. Lots of loud supercars running around outside the hotel but we didn't hear them in the end."
