"The room was very Modern and a comfortable. The bathroom was a great size and both the bath and shower were great. The hotel itself was ideally located for us. It was a 5 min walk from the train station and right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. I had messaged the hotel ahead of our stay to request a room with a bath and as promised they were able to provide. Great hotel all round, would definitely stay again "

"This place was perfect for me, especially for the price. The staff was helpful, hot breakfast was good—coffee was not so good but that’s not worth a bad review. If you want better coffee and a change of breakfast, there is a small diner on the corner. Room was clean. Only thing for me was that the shower was clogged. It was resolved quickly. Some people complained about the elevators being slow but it wasn’t an inconvenience for me. Great place for the price and location. I will stay again. "

"I did not have towels in my room when I checked in the first day. That was unexpected. The conditioner bottle attached to the bathroom wall fell off the second day. They left a bath towel the second day but there was only one left. It is an old hotel and the carpet does not seem clean at all. If you can get another hotel, go with that."

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "

The small riches : fresh water (and bottles) on each floor, the business salon with tea and coffee, and the amenities cupboard! The only thing that was needed : a plug in the washroom . Clearly a man designed it - no where to dry your hair .. we had to use the plug for the kettle. "
