"Lovely bar area, with a nice view overlooking the dock. Rooms are so spacious and very comfy bed. Bathroom enormous with nice shower - would have been lovely to have a bath. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel. We will be we back."

"Room was clean & decently maintained. Two night stay, towels changed & bed made on second day. Staff on reception were polite & helpful. Parking is spot on & free whilst staying. Didn’t do breakfast in hotel as there is a Spoons 30 yards down the street."

"My expectations were high for a few days of luxury. I searched for a Liverpool Central Hotel with pool facilities. This is always a criteria if mine, to be able to relax my body in a pool after a long day of exploring. Perhaps I was naive, the Pool was not what I "Hope"'d for at the Hope Hotel, it was not included in the hotel rate!! - A spa facility that seems to operate independently of the Hope Hotel! Huge disappointment for me. My next disappointment was the room not the 'deluxe' I expected: very small- small window that was long overdue a window cleaner. On the other hand a lovely bathroom with nice towels and of course the robe, I couldn't use to go to the pool. The only negatives in the bathroom was a cracked sink and empty body lotion dispensar. The beds were comfy with quality sheets."
