Very cute spot. The room was nice, clean and the grounds keepers were incredibly nice with accommodating my parking needs and lending me a charger since mine broke mid trip to the Bed and Breakfast. I would stay there again.

A real unique find of a hotel

A really quirky, unique townhouse in a great location - close to park areas but on your doorstep for the West End and mainline train stations. A lovely welcome greeted us when we arrived and we spent a pleasant hour in the garden before heading into the West End. A hotel for those who want character and want to avoid bland chain hotels.

Location near to Euston Station and tube is excellent. Rooms are clean if a little small. I felt that the whole interior of the property was in need of a bit of a makeover. Breakfast cereal and fruit options were very good, however I felt that the cooked breakfast was only average.

A nice small Hotel, recently re-furbished room but nothing too fancy without aircon. Value for money and i would stay here again if only for a one of 2 night stay. Good location to both Kingscross and Euston station and the west end

Quick stopover. Found a good value, last-minute single room at the hotel. Despite being small (as advertised) and built off the return on the stairs, it was a gorgeous quirky little room. Spotless, comfortable, nice bathroom, everything you could ask for. Efficient and organized front of house. I’d happily stay here again for a short stop.

Great little hotel, in a great location. My room faced the back garden, so was very quiet. Points deducted for the lumpy mattress that tilted to one side and the toilet seat that wasn’t attached properly and kept coming loose. Otherwise, clean and friendly.

This was a surprisingly ok hotel ; not much from the outside and a room which was clearly a larger room cut in half ; but all was neat tidy, clean and worked and I was really just sleeping there. If you were staying any length of time in your room , it was tiny. Breakfast was good ; a small struggle with gluten free but we got there. Staff were nice and friendly

Clean and value for money

A truly great hotel. I was travelling solo and had a single room. It's not big but very comfortable and clean. I've been in hotels in the same street with the same layout that felt much more cramped (and were worn out). I would definitely stay here again. Only minor thing is that the sink in the bathroom was really tiny. But then again the shower was quite roomy.
