Hotel was in a quiet location with la lot of parking. Its a large hotel but was lacking in guests. Thre is nowhere to get an an evening meal. Breakfast simple but adequate. The room was large but it was very hot, the window sash was broken and Lthough a fan was provided it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom was ok but the heated towel rail could not be switched off and therefore far to hot!. Wr did visit during exceptionally hot weather.

Good room, comfy bed, lots of parking and a friendly staff, but no restaurant and free breakfast was very limited, but definitely better than nothing. Would stay again if in the area but would grab food from a supermarket or somewhere else on the way, as there's not much nearby.

Bed linen was spotless and general cleanliness of room was good. Windows were dirty and in the en-suite the back of the toilet seat and the surrounds of the toilet were in need of a good clean. Just generally needs more care taken

Comfortable bed and pleasant & helpful staff but room looked a bit tired with stains on the carpet and marks on the wall. Restaurant menu quite limited. A bit dated overall.

This hotel was empty which probably reflected it's location.state and facilities. My partner did not feel safe but had only booked for one night decided to endure it. Having used Hotels.com many times I just felt this hotel was not to the standard we have come to expect.

Was greated by a friendly, helpful lady. Went to our room that was a good size and very spacious, it was clean but i must say it looks very tired and needs updating, such a shame because it was stunning when it was first done when i attended a couple of weddings. The evening porter was very pleasant and sorted our continentaL breakfast out that was quiet poor. We never ended up getting much sleep due to the bed being very creaky evey time you made a slight move. I dont want to be negative but as i said it does need updating. On the other hand our stay was ok and very close to the function we was attending.

Wipe your feet on the way out!!

The gentleman at check-in and breakfast was really good and friendly. Other than that the experience was not a good one, the hotel is in need of an overhaul in the rooms. Had to move rooms due to the generator for the air-conditioning system downstairs emitting a thudding sound (similar to a helicopter taking off) in the bedroom. Both rooms I was in need of a thoroughly good clean, the carpets and curtains had all sorts of marks on them

Generally not a great place the bar was limted to say the least and the continental breakfast was cereal or toast. The shower was scolding or volcanic hot. Place need a total refurbishment.

No money has been spent on the property for years, there are broken windows, mould on the paintwork, cracked tiles and much more. Music in the bar was blasting out to the early hours. We were booked in for two nights but went elsewhere after one

Good old Berwick Manor Hotel!

Great hotel tucked away in the beautiful Rainham countryside. staff are excellent and very accommodating. Food is good, but a little limited. Breakfast is lovely. Just wish more attention payed to floors, fixings etc
