Location was great, close to the train station. Property was very hot, window only opened a crack but they were responsive & let us know where a fan was that we could use. Just a bit cramped for us.

It was really nice and included a lot such as a mini fridge, utensils, water, coffee and tea. I’d say the only issue I found was the dryer didn’t really dry and there was light construction but other than that great stay

My room 205 was clean and comfortable but pretty small . Good for one person and Perfect for a short stay. The coffee bar, microwave, mini fridge, and complementary tea and coffee was a nice touch. No elevator, which can be difficult with big luggage. Be sure to download the BOB. W app for easy check-in, door code and to unlock your room because of keyless function.

Room too hot, no net curtains, pillow too hard, carpets in common area filthy and stained, English tea bags were not available no milk. However the room was clean, it was helpful to have an assortment of plugs

I didnt mind the electronic chwck in. It worked very well. Comms were very good.The public areas are beimg worked on, which is a good thing. My room was adequate and well equipped, but just too tiny for my liking and comfort. I'll be back but will book q bigger room jext time.

Used WhatsApp to communicate with Bob the host, and he was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location for tourists as it is closed to the Kensington Olympia underground station.

Problems

This place is appalling. Access to rooms is ONLY granted via online check in. When it doesn't work there is no alternative to access your room, no on site staff, no plan b if IT is faulty. I wasted several hours (emails, un answered phone calls) trying to check in. Eventually, some let me into my room remotely via a phone call. Had no confidence I would be able to get back in since it took about 10 calls before I actually spoke to someone. Therefore had to leave the room and find another hotel. Wasted hours, whole trip ruined. Avoid.

It takes a bit to get used to lack of hotel staff as everything is through your phone but bob w does contact you through whatsapp amd gives youbthe codes to your room and tips for your stay. there is a bus near that takes you to the train where you can access most landmarks in the city.
