A pleasant stay! The WiFi was excellent. Kettle! TV!
Not really an hotel issue but a few signs could be erected about going to the loo in the small hours. Some inconsiderate noisy feet 😒!
The room was comfortable, and more spacious than I expected it to be. Check in was an easy process and the staff were friendly. We discovered dirty cutlery in a drawer from a previous guest and a half-eaten cookie under the bed, so perhaps housekeeping could have done a slightly more thorough job of turning over the room, but other than that the space was clean, the decor cheerful and the amenities as advertised. The bathroom was also larger than I expected, especially for Zone 3 London! The location is superb - around the corner from Earls Court Underground and lots of shops and bus stops. Would definitely book again!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Okay stay
Pros: 6 minutes walk from Earl's court tube station. Bed was comfy but it wasn't secure on the floor so it kept sliding down when moving on the bed.
Cons: Musty smell in the rooms, dirty common areas. The basement shower has mold everywhere. Shower in the 3rd floor is a bit better. Okay for 1 night.

Cancelled room 15 minutes before check in and offered no help whatsoever. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Expedia/Manor Hotel, avoid at all cost.
I am a frequent traveller to hotels in London and this is in my top 3 worst places to stay. No one at reception (stuck in traffic apparently), so the cleaner let us in. When the receptionist arrived he had no clue about our booking. I had to explain everything. Eventually he found it on 'the system'. We were then allocated a downsized room with shared toilet and bathroom. I brought my wife so this was a non-negotiable and why we paid for the 'deluxe double bedroom'. There was no toilet roll in two of the bathrooms. Third time lucky I found some! Room was clean and the area was great. Book at your own risk.
Smelly. Carpet is dirty. Room poorly kept. Constant leakage at the toilet. No hand and face towel. Terrible mattress and pillow. No front office service, basically unmanned. Hairdryer does not work. Minimal space in the room, which barely hold a bed. Too expensive for the visitors unlit y if the property and absence of service. It should not be sold by Expedia.

Had queen room booked elsewhere for lower price, but was canceled out from under us by that hotel when they decided to renovate. Ended up with room at Manor Hotel with 2 twin beds. Listing did not mention that there was a sink in the corner of the room, but the rest of the washroom was down the hall & shared by all. Bath towel, soap, & shampoo on the beds, but no shower in the building that we could find, and concluded that cleaning up amounted to a sponge bath at the corner sink in the room.
Small TV mounted high on the wall. Twin beds arranged end-to-end separated by an end table with the phone. Very small room. Building very old with hot water radiator heat (not needed this time of year) and cooling by running fan a ways away from open window (because head end of one of the beds was directly under window). Very easy walk from Earl’s Court tube station. Only there 2 nights, so served our purpose. Was adequate for our stay , but would definitely book somewhere else for stay longer than that.
