The reception staff is available 24/7 & they were super nice, even with the late arrival of my flight I had requested a room w a bathtub & when the system put me in a room without one, they upgraded my room to a larger, much nicer room at no extra charge My room came with a hair dryer, so I didn't have to pack my own I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't speak to that, but my bed was really comfortable I was also allowed a late check out & they offered to keep m luggage free of charge so I could go sightseeing all day without having to pay storage fees I was leary to book with them, as every hotel at Heathrow has some bad reviews, but I made the right choice- I would definitely stay here again
