There was a horrible moldy smell in the bathroom the whole stay. Self check in was horrible and took half an hour. Service in the restaurant was slow. Food was good. Location great.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, very comfortable room ( bed was super comfy!). Amenities include hand wash at sink and body wash/shampoo in shower… bring any other toiletries you may need. Highly recommend ~ will stay here again when in London!

A perfect location for exploring London! The check-in was easy, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms (we were originally given a disabled accommodation) and the rooms are clean and spacious!

Breakfast was good, efficient and the buffet was open until 11am. Location was within walking distance to the under ground station and the train station. Made it very easy to get around as I found taxis & Ubers to be longer travel time than taking the train/tube.

Most of the staff was friendly and very accommodating. When checking in June 3 we were before 3pm. There were 4 people; 2 rooms. We were told there were no rooms til 3. I asked if there was any way we could check in early as we had traveled and wanted to freshen up. Well we could check in if we were will to pay an extra fee of 20lbs. I’m sorry that is greed, when a room is clean and sitting empty why ????
