This hotel is fantastic for families and a great find in the centre of London. The staff were lovely and helpful creating a relaxed experience. The pool and gym facilities are excellent.
Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at The Dilly, the staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to make it feel special for us. Thank you!
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We were allocated a room as soon as we arrived even though we were a couple of hours early.
Only disappointment was the terrace was closed for refurbishment.

The gym rocks! Indoor pool is amazing! The staff are great…the area is so clean, yet very populated! Close to many attractions…walk to almost anything London!
Staff were very accommodating as they were able to let us check in early. Very nice gym

WiFi was fine and the room was clean. It's well situated and the customer service was good. Decor in places feels dated and in need of refurbishing. The breakfast wasn't great and the coffee was awful in the dining room.
Rooms are a little dated and have had a very superficial makeover. Bathroom really needs a good going over and did look a bit shabby. It was all really clean though.
Staff are lovely, and location is perfect
