The Hayden Hotel is the perfect place to stay while in London. We loved the quaintness of the hotel and the neighborhood. The staff are exceptional, true hosts/hostesses. We also ate at the pub and all the food was delicious!!! When we return to London we will definitely book to stay at the Hayden Pub and Hotel.

Everything was perfect: friendly and helpful attendants, very well maintained room. AC was strong enough. It was also very quiet, no noise from the bar etc as we had feared. Definitely will come back.

We had such a great experience at the Hayden Pub and Rooms! The reception was friendly, helpful and wonderful which was really nice after a long day of travel. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. The area around the pub was great for walking around and finding cute shops, restaurants and pubs. We had dinner at the pub too, and it was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. I really can't say enough about how nice this place was.

Despite it being our first time there and only staying for one night, from the moment we walked in we were treated like dear friends. The staff was warm, kind and attentive to our every need, the room was lovely and well appointed, and the food was delicious. It was a wonderful stay, and our only regret was that it wasn't longer.

This is such an amazing inn to stay at! The room was cozy, staff were friendly, even offering a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and free snacks in the room. Not to mention the location is fantastic in Notting Hill. If I am in London again, definitely would stay at this property again.

We cannot express how pleased we were with our entire experience staying at The Hayden! We arrived around 8 am and were able to store our luggage until check in - when we came back, our bags had already been brought up to the room and we were offered complimentary welcome beverages! Luigi greeted us upon arrival and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean, adorably decorated, have big bathrooms, and a must for us - EXCELLENT air conditioning! It was unseasonably hot this week and our room was one of the only places in the city we could find true relief from the heat. The location is perfect if you don’t mind using the underground and Notting Hill could not be more quaint. The food downstairs in the pub is also delicious. We will absolutely be back!
