We had a very good experience. Our daughter came for school so this hotel definitely gave us an at home experience. They provided everything to give us a real apartment feel. Staff was phenomenal. Definitely a safe & great location to get around.

I stayed here as a solo traveler last minute for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The first night I had to check in late (12:30a) and was quickly checked in and was upgraded without even asking! Yes there is not central AC currently, but I found leaving it on cooler when out of the room and then leaving it off in the bedroom at night (I had a room with a separate living/bedroom) worked perfectly. There are a few places to eat within a 30 second or less walk, and being close to the Tower of London and the bridge / food trucks / water was great for exploring. Finding an Uber was incredibly easy as they picked up right outside 15 second walk away in front of an outdoor park area. I would for sure stay here again. Having a kitchen and laundry was a huge plus for a last minute stay after already traveling for 7+ days prior.

The apartment was lovely and clean, very well presented. They provided bottles of water, a carton of milk and some breakfast bits, which was a nice suprise. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The WiFi was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with how close it is to the tube station and iconic landmarks of London.

Really nice property. The front staff was great! They greeted us nicely each and every time we came through. The room was clean, bright and spacious (OK the bathroom was tight, but fine). The room had a portable air conditioner, as advertised, which worked great. Having a washer and drier, as well as a full kitchen was really helpful during our stay. The location is ideal, right across the street from the Tower of London and maybe 100 yards from the Tower Hill Underground station. I'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely excellent stay. The property was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The room was spacious, modern and well equipped, and having the kitchen and laundry facilities made a longer stay so much easier. The location is fantastic — very convenient for getting around London, with Tower Hill station close by and plenty within walking distance. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. One thing worth mentioning when booking is that the **Tower view shown is associated with a different room category**, so if having that particular view is important to you, make sure you select the correct room when booking. This wasn’t an issue for me and didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and found the property to be excellent value for the quality, space, facilities and location. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality base in London. The staff are the highlight of the property and the concierge and manager are exceptional Thankyou Mike - superstar

Spotlessly clean. Elevators were out of service (long term down!) and no communication shared ahead of time to notify. The property is situated directly beside an active building site (also not mentioned in the property description). Drilling from 7am all day without let up. Extremely noisy, completely impactful on sleep.

Great location The apartment had all ammenities for a weeks stay. The negatives were that there is no air conditioning in the building as it’s old. There were air conditioning units in the room which cooled the room down but they are very loud. The list was not working the whole week we were there, not good timing in 30° heat. We also had a room that had stairs into the bathrooms, and after the entry. A little problematic with a young child when all doors are heavy fire doors and chained.
