Rooms need updating and a good clean. I had water dripping down the wall from the room above when they showered. Check in was also very slow as the hotel had decided to combine the 4 rooms we had booked into 3. On the plus beding was clean, bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover. It was perfect for my needs; a place to close my eyes. I was able to walk to all the major tourist spots comfortably, and there are tube stations nearby to easily get back to Heathrow!

We loved this property. Our room was very comfortable, they let us check in early and the room was very quiet. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature. However: the pillows are too flat. They are so flat, they almost did not exist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just know, you might need to use your sweater as a pillow.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Made a long trip easy. Rooms were clean and kept tidy. Location exceed my expectations as it was only 3 minute walk to tube on Victoria Line-right into the heart of the tourist spots of London.
