The location is excellent. It is very quiet and clean, with a well equipped kitchenette. It would be good if the description made clear that twin beds are really 2 mattresses on one platform, bounded by 3 walls. Thus one person has to crawl by or over the other to get out of bed. Also kitchen some amenities are difficult for short people to reach. And a dish towel would not go amiss. Would stay here again, perhaps in an upgraded room.

Great location a short walk from the north bank of the River Thames, walkable to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden which is perfect for tourists. Also walking distance to multiple tube stations like Embankment, Charing Cross, Covent Gardens etc... The room is clean and had enough amenities for 2 pax to stay, and the staff were all friendly and attentive.

Amazing location, just off the Strand. Simple and easy check in, they don’t have a big front desk but if you have any issues can contact them direct through WhatsApp and they are super responsive. Room itself was great. We were only there for one night but I could easily see myself staying two to three weeks. Small kitchen in the room which would be enough if you wanted to cook simple meals, fridge with icebox that really made ice, even a mini dishwasher. Bed was comfy, and the window blinds are proper blackout ones so you are completely in the dark. Only thing it took me a few minutes to get my head around were the light switches, which are just black panels until you put your finger near them and then they light up with the various controls. Very cool once you figured it out! Would absolutely stay again, easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in in London.

Great location! It’s conveniently nice to have kitchen amenities. There’s only one lift/elevator in the building but I didn’t have any issues, just be aware.
